A Deeper Dive...

I have 5 years of experience delivering quality user-centered designs in a fast-paced environment.

 I come from a journalism background where I received my bachelor’s in Print Journalism from Quinnipiac University and my master’s in Online Journalism from Syracuse University.

After graduation, I relocated to Charlotte, NC to embark on a new chapter in my life.
  
In 2018, I became intrigued with UX Design.  I discovered that it was a field that leveraged research, content strategy and communication - skills that I developed during school.  I decided to pursue UX and received my UX Certification from Springboard.


Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at Lowe’s.  During my tenure, I’ve worked on their design system, used Salesforce to increase the workflow of Contact Center and Store Associates, enhanced their order management platform and designed mobile solutions for their Store Inventory Management System.
